Our Legal Service will be representing the Shareholders, in front of the Investment Authority, courts and Social Insurance Authority for the purpose of establishment of the company in Egypt.

 Prepare the required application and forms. Represent the shareholders at all the authorities related to the company/branch formation, including the Investment Authority, Commercial Registrar, Security Department, related Ministries ... etc. Obtain security approvals. Issuance of the company’s commercial registration Open a tax file at the Tax Authority. Register the company at the Social Insurance Department.

 Legal Advisory 

Establishing companies and carrying out all related procedures, including obtaining licenses and completing all government procedures. Reviewing, negotiating, drafting and advising on the terms and conditions of a diverse range of contracts and agreements to ensure that they do not expose the business or subsidiary to unreasonable risk, comply with current legislation, are appropriate for the business status, and follow the business policies, procedures and regulations. Meeting with employees at all levels across the businesses and clients to gather information and explain legal risk in a clear and succinct manner, in terms that can be understood by non-legal colleagues at any level within the business or its subsidiaries to ensure that contracts and agreements are understood, and risks are mitigated. Maintaining legal files to ensure a full clear audit trail is available and ensuring accessibility for management information. Undertaking own research to keep up to date with all legal and compliance Development affecting the business and its subsidiaries. 

Social Insurance 

Advise on matters relating to Social Insurance for the local staff. Prepare and deliver Social Insurance forms for staff, joining and/or leaving form 1 and form 6) respectively. Preparation of the monthly social insurance calculation and annual reconciliation. Prepare and deliver the semi- annual Social Insurance form 2. Represent the company before the Social Insurance Authority when it is required. Keep you informed at all times on the progress we have achieved.
